Hi Everyone,

Today I did more MH - lower body

I worked out all weekend but didn't create the check in. I did a mix of Cathe's Xtrain (my fav) + her cycling (workout blender creations) + Studio Sweat on Demand

Saturday was a rest day, Sunday a walk, core and yoga and today was Metabolic Mashup Live and the Step Boss Extended Stretch.

Hi gals,

Mostly rest over the weekend, but today was my new Silver and Fit Circuit 5 for an hour taught to 11 members.

Then 40 minutes of weight work including floorwork for abs, legs and glutes.

Ending with 12 minutes on the stair machine.
