Hi Siobhan and anyone else,
Today I had 5 ladies and we did my Silver and Fit 3 routine which is a faster pace. This was about 53 minutes long.
Then I did 43 minutes of moderate dumbbell work, calf machine and cable work, plus floorwork for abs, legs and glutes.
While doing lying overhead (holding the thick ends of a 20 pound dumbbell) for back managed to drop the weight on my face and collarbone. Hurt like the dickens and I may end up with a bruise somewhere. Don't know how I lost my grip but I did. I don't recommend dropping a weight on your face,ugh!
