Hydrow- 20 min. Rowing Circuit Training: Bodyweight Hiit
VideoStride- Banff National Park, Alberta, Canada Treadmill Walk - 25 min.
Blender- Back, Legs & Low Impact Step Cardio Intervals- 34 min.

Hi ladies,

I took the weekend off from working out. And my foot didn't hurt at all, soooo today I stayed home and did a 45 minute Far Blasting Cardio Taebo workout holding my 2 pound walking weights. I may have overstepped my limit because now it hurts. Hopefully it will subside soon.

May do some floorwork later.

Add on 25 minutes of floorwork for abs, legs and glutes.
