Blender- "Upper Body Fun" - 20 min.
Interval Time App- " RL Jump Rope & Weights" - 17 min.

Today I did a Dan the Hiit Man workout for 50 minutes. It was brutal (but I loved the variety).

Hi Linda,

I am here but we slept in and hubby is home due to the holiday so alas no workout. So another rest day, back is feeling better but not pain free yet. So probably good that I didn't workout, because you know I would end up pushing myself too hard.

a rest for your back. Yes, I am sure you would have been doing something if things
