Today I had, you aren't going to believe it, but I had 7 ladies!!!! We did my newest one again but with changes. 1st 2 songs after the warm up were changed to weights and then we did the cardio and ended with more weights and the signature Silver and Fit moves. They liked it better, this was 61 minutes.
Then I stayed with my plan and did 55 minutes of light weights. I used the 20 and 30 pound preloaded barbells for chest, triceps, wrist curls , bicep curls and shoulder press. Used 12 and 10 pound dumbbells for hammers and flyes and the leg press machine. Then I did floorwork for abs, legs and glutes and a nice stretch.
Hopefully my new strategy for this week will not leave me in pain .
