Hi Everyone,

Today I had to do a short workout. DH isn't feeling well so I have to walk the dog before my first client at 9am. Today I did an older Cathe low impact metabolic cardio workout. I did 31 minutes. Thank you Cathe. Time to move on.

Hi ladies,

If you read the last weekend post from me, I chose not to go to the funeral today. It would have been too much for me.

Today dh is home, but I managed to do a 30 minute TAEBO off of YouTube and I wore my wrist weights. This workout Billy is a bit lopsided when it comes to the exercises but it is good nonetheless. I am still taking it easy on the foot. Not sure if I had done this one before .

Nice workouts ladies.

Short Hydrow Rowing workout on Lady Bird Lake, Austin, Texas
Int.Timer App- Ropeless Jump Rope, Biceps & Squats- 11 min.

trying to do some cleaning this week if I can, so workouts will be here & there….need to get priorities in order. :)
