Daily Check-in, Monday, January 15, 2023

Good morning ladies! Hope everyone had a nice weekend. Woke up to a little snow
this morning! Eek!

Today's workouts:

Blender- "Full Body Hiit- Weights & Cardio" - 34 min.
Peloton Stacked Workout- consisting of 5 min. each of : Warmup Row, Standing Core,
Upper Body Barre, Cooldown Row, & Body Appreciation Post Row Stretch,
total of the "stack" - 25 min. That was fun!

Guess I'll be doing the Shovel Max a little today, and we are supposed to get 1-3
inches more of the snow tonight. That's 1-3 inches more that I want.

Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did a mix of Cathe's Live Strong and Fit for biceps and triceps - I shortened the workout by doing both arms in some segments. I moved onto Hoco and did 23 minutes and loved it!

Nice workout this morning Linda. Big workout and with variety. Good luck with shoveling. Not sure if we are getting more snow but it's -13 here this morning. This is a day to pull out the big coat and wool socks.

I've got that CL Bi's & Tri's on my "schedule" in the next couple weeks, but I'm gonna do
just the Biceps when I do it and go to the stretch which will make about a 22-23 min workout.

Since hubby is home and I haven't made it to the gym, it will be a rest day here. We had snow and will have snow overnight too. It is pretty. Great workouts ladies!!
