Daily Check-in, Monday, January 12,2026

Good Monday Morning Ladies,

Today I did more KB workouts from 2 different YT channels (25 minutes each) for total body and lower body. I added on a 10 minute warm-up from a Cathe Live and a 10 minute mobility squat stretch at the end. I started my day early (5am) so had the time for a longer workout. I'm heading to Ottawa this morning for my MIL's 91st birthday later this week. I hope to be back exercising on Thursday morning.

Siobhan, what a neat workout with a Cathe 10 min. warmup, 50 min. of KB workouts for total & lower body,
and a 10 min. mobility squat stretch. Nice long one before your trip to Ottawa to celebrate your MIL's 91st
birthday! 91 years young! Wishing her the Happiest of Birthdays and hope you all will have the best
celebration! Enjoy your trip........:)

Leslie Sansone- "Slim & Thin" WalkBlaster Ramping workout - 31 min.
YT-CrossRope- "RL Jump Rope Low Impact" Workout- 10 min.

That's it for me today! I enjoyed re-visiting one of Leslie's Ramp workouts.. I have her WalkBlaster ramp
& still have the "original" bigger Ramp that Gin Miller introduced a long time ago with some of her ramping
workouts. Just like the Body Bar(s), the Ramp is a "Blast from the Past" :)

Happy 91st Birthday to Siobhan's MIL( later this week)!!

Nice workouts for you both today!
Today nothing was jumping out at me so I finally settled on Cathe's Rev'd Up Rumble with my wrist/hand weights on for added intensity. That was 41 minutes.

I have a ton I need to do and here it is already past 1:30, sigh.

I tried a different workout off YouTube before doing what I did but didn't like the format plus after doing jumping jacks last week, today my back said no way am I letting you do them again . So it hurt to even try, sigh.

Tomorrow should be the gym.

I know what you mean, Annette, on getting anything done, but I did make it to Food Lion
to get a couple things…..great choice in your workout today with Cathe's Rev'd Up Rumble- 41 min.

I hear you on not feeling jumping jacks right now. I had a little fall yesterday with bruising and a welt on low back area, not liking the feel of any impact just now, so I can relate. I hope you feel better soon.
