Hi Annette,

today I did Cathe's LIHI for back and biceps premix + added in 5 minutes of Caroline G's stability ball abs using my new Cathe yoga ball - the small one. I've always had a ball that is too big for me (I am just under 5ft 5in). This one is perrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrfect! And I was able to pull out my new bands - exactly the ones Cathe was using in the workout. Oh what a feeling!

Your workout sounded great with your description, whoohoo!!

Today I had 8 members and we did my Disco Funk circuit (the one I fell teaching in November), I changed the moves on the last song. It was 60 minutes.

Nobody showed up for the class I was supposed to sub for.

Then I did 42 minutes of weight work including machines, the sled (4, 45's and a 10 pound plate as my highest weight to date), dumbbells for chest and biceps and triceps ended with floorwork for abs, legs and glutes.

Cold here today.
