Hi Annette,

Today I did more CG - short metabolic workout + 15 minutes of Funk Roberts - weights.

Good luck with your heavy lifting this week. I hope it doesn't leave you feeling too hungry!

Hi Siobhan,

Today I had 3 and we did my newest routine with new music for the first time. It is 61 minutes long and seemed to go well. They liked it.

Then I did 65 minutes of heavy lifting hitting only chest, triceps and biceps, and floorwork for abs, legs and glutes.

I will feel it tomorrow but tomorrow will be light weights so I can work out the soreness.
