Today I did RWH LIHI Chest/shoulders/triceps/back and my own stretch.

Today was Cathe Live Low Impact Sweat. Fun workout and just what I needed today!
 
Hi gals,

Today was the 8 Minute Taebo, then went to the gym for 22 min. of the Elliptical (I am getting better and trying higher levels on it now) then 30 minutes of weight work. I can now do 40 pound dumbbells for hammer curls :). Then I took youngest son to the college for the start of his 2nd semester of classes.

Today was STS MESO 1 disc 4 Chest, shoulders and biceps. Did I count about 150 push-ups total??? Meso 1 is really fast paced and when working the upper body there's always need to adjust the 1Rpm now and then... I worked hard but I'm glad to see that I was not the only one :)

I'm glad you liked it! I love that site, Dr. Jade does many free webinars too, I just did one called Metabolism school. I am planning on doing their nutrition cert this year, but they offer many free trainings as well. :)
 
Today.. I'm naughty... I know my body was fighting something last week and I'm still feeling just a tad lethargic.. I hit snooze for the first time ina longgggg time.. I did get about 20 minutes of ICE Low impact Sweat done though. I had to do something. Feeling better now as the day goes on. Think it might be the drastic temp change or the stress from work last month caught up to me!! At any rate, I'm fighting it!!
