It's so nice to have chill days. Thanks for your kind words about my ankle. It's a bit better today so far but I did not workout today or do much so we'll see.
Annette- Sorry you had a rough night getting to sleep. It's nice though you received Happy New Year wishes from your friend in England. Glad to hear you were able to get some sleep in. Hopefully will come easier tonight.

I wanted to workout today, but DH wanted me torest my ankle and watch Bowl games with him today, so I did. No workout today, I look forward to working out tomorrow
