Blender- "15 min. Gloved Up & Sweaty"
Peloton- 10 min. Low Impact Ride
Peloton- 10 min. Country Rowing workout

Good Monday Morning Everyone,

Happy New Year!

Today I did STS Meso 2 for back and bi's - 54 minutes. I added on an ICE Blizzard Blast for 12 minutes. I love today. I am barely working today and I plan to nap, bake, tidy, read etc. I think New Year's Day has always been my favourite day of the year. It's so chill.

Linda and Nora - sorry to read about your foot pain. I hope you are all healed today. I will look up biofreeze. Never heard of it.
Annette and Anita - I hope you are both able to fit in a workout today.

Hi ladies,

I had a rough night, we went to bed after midnight ( made some marital love) and I read some. After reading I tried to lay down and go to sleep. But my restless legs despite the medication I take said nope we are going to jerk and twitch all night long. And that they did. I read some more, came downstairs and played on my phone , received a Happy New Year text from my friend in England at 4:10 am to which I promptly replied back. Finally was able to go to sleep at around 5 am. Then slept till 1 pm. So I got my 8 hours in of sleep.

So I did 36 minutes of a 59 minute Taebo off of YouTube, it was very good called Taebo Power Hour. I had on my boxing gloves through part of it. This one had more kicking than he normally has in a garage Taebo. So at least I got something done.

Nice workouts everyone. I need to take down Christmas.

No, I have not expired! I just got dragged under by the Holiday Monster. Friends, family, trips, events. I’m exhausted!

Haven’t “worked out” in over a week. (Gulp) But that DEFINITELY doesn’t mean I haven’t been working my butt off.

Today is STS Meso 1, Disc 1 — starting at the beginning
And STS No equipment abs.

It's so nice to have chill days. Thanks for your kind words about my ankle. It's a bit better today so far but I did not workout today or do much so we'll see.

Annette- Sorry you had a rough night getting to sleep. It's nice though you received Happy New Year wishes from your friend in England. Glad to hear you were able to get some sleep in. Hopefully will come easier tonight.

I wanted to workout today, but DH wanted me torest my ankle and watch Bowl games with him today, so I did. No workout today, I look forward to working out tomorrow;)

Hi Nora, yes I bought Cathe's Gloved Up and Sweaty and I reviewed it after doing it a couple of weeks back. I wasn't overly thrilled with it but will do it as a rest day workout or an add on to a weight day.

Hope your ankle feels better soon.
