Today was a rest day - I did Les Mills Combat Kata 45 and TF stretch 10.
Today I did Xtrain Bi's/Tr's + the 100 Rep Challenge for both body parts and Core #2. Oh my - Core #2 is tough. I hit failure long before Cathe on everything. I am loving the 100 rep challenges. Such a great idea.

Tomorrow I try hardstrikes. Conni you were right - I would have regretted not getting these. I am very pleased.
Hi ladies or ray for delay there was a problem with the forums last night I couldn't get on. I did Xtrain disk 1 chest back and shoulders. 12 rounds, moves fast, no repeats except for push-ups . I thought it was a good solid workout.
