Couldn't get to the computer this weekend, so here is my wrap up!

Sat- Bootcamp Boogie
Sunday - Hard Strikes plus conditioning and Core 1.
Today - All Out Low Impact Hiit and Stretchmax 1.
Tomorrow is a rest day - I think I may do a circuit....hmm.

Do you ever take a rest day? I don't take too many but I end up with about 4 rest days a month.

Today I did Xtrain Legs + 100 Rep Thrusts. I have to say that I am noticing changes in my body since starting xtrain. I am loving it!

Hi everybody, I am back, had a nice anniversary weekend, but it was a whirlwind of activities. Came home Sat. night but slept in Sunday and played hooky from church (sent the boys but we stayed home):eek: but we were very tired from all the driving over the Friday and Saturday, and we never miss church usually.

I did part of 2 taebo workouts for a total of 38 min., burning 961 calories.

Hope to get back on track I regained the 4 pounds I had lost but thankfully didn't put any extra on.

We are back at Shriner's on Friday for a followup appt for oldest son, so there will be no workout on Friday.:(

Hi ladies today it was Burn Sets Chest, Back, and Shoulders. After working my bis and tris yesterday i was a little worried about getting that heavy weight up there. good workout!!

Siobhan - I am noticing my shoulders and arms are toned and seem shapely. Waist is getting a little smaller too.

Great workouts ladies! Lets hit it again tomorrow.
