I hope the weather & temps are better than you last mentioned. I don't know about you, but I'm loving watching the Olympics. I think one of my favorites to watch is all of the figure skating events, love them, I'm a huge fan. I enjoy watching skiing, snow boarding etc.. All the stuff I personally never try but love to watch, it's so fun.
Nicki- Wow! Good for you! I'm glad you didn't do too much. Sorry parts of it were too painful. Take it easy and I will pray your new doctor and an MRI will get to the bottom of what's causing this and fix it ASAP!!

Annette- Yay! Awesome job with today's workout:
68 minute gym circuit consisting of machines for chest & triceps using both machines and dumbbells. Then added the sled( 3 machines total 1 being the flye machine), then dumbbells for chest press using 15's, 20's and 25's. Then triceps with dumbbells using 15's and 20's plus kickbacks with 10's. Then the sled. Plus floorwork for legs, abs and glutes with 1 triceps exercise and a stretch.
Bravo on your shorter gym circuit workout, so amazing as usual WTG & high fives!!
