Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did a mix of LMR2 Hiit Fusion for 30 minutes (loved it!). I added on 15 minutes of an upper body KB workout from YT. I will do my own extra stretch now.

YT-Lil Walks- "Post Oak Mall, College Station, Texas" Treadmill walk- 15 min.

Today I was able to do some stretching. Wish I could say I enjoyed it, but parts were painful to do.
Step Boss - Lying Extended Stretch for 10 minutes
Step Boss - Chair Stretch for 16 minutes.
Was hoping to do one of the LMR2 but I'm just not able to right now.
 
Hi ladies,

Today after much deliberation I finally came to the gym and did a 68 minute gym circuit consisting of machines for chest( 3 machines total 1 being the flye machine), then dumbbells for chest press using 15's, 20's and 25's.

Then triceps with dumbbells using 15's and 20's plus kickbacks with 10's.

Then the sled my usual but up to 12 plates to finish, thankfully a young man helped to unload it. I skipped the leg machines because I was spent after the sled.

Then I did floorwork for legs, abs and glutes with 1 tricep exercise thrown in and a stretch.

Much shorter than I was expecting it to be.

Annette, Nice gym 68 min. Chest & triceps circuit day with sled cardio, floorwork for legs, abs, glutes and a stretch.

Warmer here today (in the 30's ) and supposed to be in the 50's tomorrow, I think. I'll take it!

I hope the weather & temps are better than you last mentioned. I don't know about you, but I'm loving watching the Olympics. I think one of my favorites to watch is all of the figure skating events, love them, I'm a huge fan. I enjoy watching skiing, snow boarding etc.. All the stuff I personally never try but love to watch, it's so fun.

Nicki- Wow! Good for you! I'm glad you didn't do too much. Sorry parts of it were too painful. Take it easy and I will pray your new doctor and an MRI will get to the bottom of what's causing this and fix it ASAP!!:) Take care & good evening;)
