Good Monday Morning Everyone,

Today I did ICE Lower Body something or other + the shoulder meltdown. I like this one a lot. I added on Isaac's abs.

I am on holidays come wednesday at 3pm. I do not return to work until the following Wednesday. It's winterlude in Ottawa. It will be cold this weekend but so far - the canal has not been open for skating.

Enjoy your time off!!! Today, I was a tad slow due to being up late for superbowl and all the festivities.. I did low impact off the X10 vid, that still kicked my butt then I did the MM shoulders from ICE, good workout!!! Happy Monday all!

Today was 25 minutes of Taebo Insane Abs then to the gym for 22 minutes on the elliptical and 35 minutes of weight work.

Hi Ladies!
I am finally back... Went back to work today, gave a bball training and did my first w/o in nearly 2 weeks. I am starting slow seeing nearly two weeks sick has really set me back.
Today I did KCM Cardio Pump workout 1 (cardio kickboxing). It was my first time doing this w/o and it was okay, but nothing memorable. After a month of nearly only Cathe w/o's KCM just doesn't really cut it for me. It wasn't a bad w/o, it just didn't have the same fun factor as the Cathe w/o's.
Will be doing more KCM w/o's this week as 30min seems like the perfect amount for starting back with.
 
Hello ladies, today I did Hiit double wave pyramid plus abs with the medicine ball (from Sts abs circuit).

I'm not coordinared at all. In fact I had to quit my salsa lessons because, well...they were not for me I like step routines though provided they are not too dancy. Tit tap? Who knows??? I'm a curious person and love to learn new things. Will try it sooner or later...
