Hi ladies,

Rest over the weekend, really sore from Friday's workout.

Today I taught my Silver and fit 3 routine to 10 members for 51 minutes. Then I did 45 minutes of weight work including floorwork for abs, legs and glutes. Then 10 minutes on the elliptical.

Now I am finished.

Hi all

Friday and Saturday were rest days. I was still fighting off a cold.

Yesterday was TB Band and Glide Live and yoga and today was Cardio Core Challenge Live and yoga.
