Good Monday morning everyone,

I will back to work today - still not 100% but who says you have to be to work?

Today I did ICE LIS + the biceps muscle meltdown. ICE is great for how I am feeling - tough but not too tough.

Henrietta - When I do a long solid workout - the next day I just can't do anything much so I often end up doing pilates, yoga, a stretch etc... I love that feeling after a long hard workout.

Annette - I know I say it often but I loooooooooooooooooove Hardstrikes. I love the music and the energy. It's my fav. KB workout.

Awww, so sad that you have to work when you're low Siobhan. Take it easy alright!! I think LIS (and To The Mat) is my fave workout from ICE. Goes by so quickly!!

Today I am also taking it relatively easy. Have an acupuncture/cupping appt later, but needed to get my workout in early as I know I will be too wiped when I get home. Did Jessica Smith's Barefoot Fusion Walk (she is a great instructor, ie. calm, for me this early in the morn!) & 15 mins of band deep hip flexor work. I'm sure I'll be getting some needles around my hips and piriformis today.
I've been noticing that I have been more consistent with my workouts as of late with doing shorter workouts. I may just stick to that! ICE has wonderful timesavers and I am doing fitnessGlo and a lot of Linda Woolridge, so it fits in nicely for me.
 
Hi all!

Unfortunately I am having another forced day of rest. My stomach pain worsened during the night and I ended up spending more time on the toilet than in bed. I have never had it this bad before. Why oh why? I hope it is not yet another virus. I took it a little easier today, working from home instead of going to the office and getting someone else to cover the bball training tonight. I really hope I get to sleep tonight and that my stomach gets back to normal soon.
I love working out but I really need to listen to my body right now.

Hi gals,

Today I did the Timesaver premix off of ICE Rock em Sock em the one where 5 segments are removed. Oh my, and I am holding 2 pound walking weights while doing it. My heart was going.

I also hold the 2 pound walking weights while doing Hard Strikes which I did on Saturday.

I think I will love the new variety that my new workouts will offer.

Today was also 40 minutes at the gym for a full body weight workout.
