Hi Siobhan,

Last day of February, hard to believe.

Today I came to the gym and did 60 minutes of weight work including machines for back and shoulders, dumbbells for chest triceps and biceps, the sled ( ran up with 4 and 5 plates, pushed up with 6 and 8 plates) , then floorwork for abs, legs and glutes.

Then I did about 15 minutes of practicing the Step/Kickbox Fusion workout I wrote up last evening. Just trying to get a feel for the longer and slightly higher step we have here at the gym.

I am beat.

Rest day today Annette. Another dentist appt. I am getting invisalign for a lower tooth that moved.
