Hi gals,

Today I taught my new seated circuit class to 13 ladies and 1 gentleman. By the time we were done our thighs/quads were killing us. It was 44 minutes long. We may do this workout once a month.

Then we did the Boxing Circuit in my 2nd class with 12 ladies for about 52 minutes.

I helped a man with Parkinson's disease, do some punching using my pads.

Then I did 10 minutes of barbell chest press and was better able to handle the weight today. Yea!!

Hi Annette! Go girl! Pretty soon it will be "Annette's Fitness Zen". Well, today I did another older Live class. Lean and mean legs (or something like that). I was a bit disgruntled because I overslept. I wanted to do something longer. Then I spilled my coffee, dropped my travel mug of water and tripped on the dog! Crappy morning huh? The thing is....it's my birthday. I was NOT pleased w/ how my birthday was starting out. Then I got to work and was immediately hit w/ kids coming in. Sick kids, injured kids, frequent flyers...you name it. BLAH!!

Good news is my husband is going to a local bakery for some treats for after dinner. The owners are culinary trained and their baked goods could be on the cover of a magazine. Stunning AND delish!!

Peg - sorry to hear it was a crappy start and on your birthday! Happy Birthday! I hope the rest of the day was better and that the treats taste delicious. Did you get any gifts?

Mick returned to daycare and I returned to work today. Of course it was yet another day with delays with the trains. I expect more of them this week as the temps have really dropped as low as -5 Celsius in the mornings.

Today I managed to get my steps in, all 10.000... made easier by the fact that I had to wait 12min at the station for my bus so I hopped on a different one and just walked the last km home and of course an evening walk to get the baby to sleep so I could attempt a workout. Taking a different bus and there walking further was a good idea as it was seriously cold out and standing still on a platform is just no fun.

Tonight I did Cathe Live Buff Upper Body and boy am I feeling it!

Hello all! I had a couple of rest weeks, and I'm back. Still working on the Next Step. I'm getting a little tired of it, so I might switch to an Amy Bentos. I've done a little of one of her advanced challenge, and it seems a little easier as far as the choreography goes, but still pretty fun. She breaks down the hard steps too in a separate video. I like that.

I'm going to do a Fit Tower....Fit Tower Tone and Tighten.

I'm having trouble getting my sweetie back on the bicycle. I don't want to nag, but we have a lot of fun riding, so I'm not sure why he's so reluctant.

Update.....the bakery was closed today! It made me laugh actually. The day is over and I’m another year younger. We had dinner with my daughter and her boyfriend and my niece. Ice cream for dessert. I feel a shopping binge coming on. That always makes me feel better. Right Henriette? I’m getting a new computer and printer for my birthday.
