Hi Jacmar,
Today I taught my Revised seated workout to make it a standing regular workout to 12 ladies for about 50 minutes.
Then I did 63 minutes on the elliptical machine. I do the Fat Burn setting on level 18 out of 20 going backwards and forwards for half the time then I lower the level to 12 and up the elevation, so as I lower the level I increase the elevation. My legs are toast at the end.
