Hi Siobhan,
I had 1 lady brave the snow and walk to the gym for class. We did my newest non kickboxing workout that was 60 minutes. She was able to get on the floor so for abs, legs and glutes we were on the floor which is different for this class. She thanked me for doing the class just for her.
Then I did a quick 20 minutes of weight work using barbell and 17.5 pound dumbbells since it is still snowing hard.
