Daily Check-in, Monday, February 20, 2023

Another Monday, ladies !!!!

Good morning to all,

Last night I put together rowing on Donner Lake, Calif. & weights EMOM workout using the Interval Timer app. & Bitgym. Worked out pretty good.....about 27 min.
Today was:
KCM- Sculpting RX- Premix: Workout #1(1 set of all exercises) - 22 min.
IFit- Hiit Sprints & Hills Treadmill Workout - 20 min.

Over the weekend, I blended STS 1.0 individual body part workouts ( 6 of them, legs, back,
chest, triceps, shoulders, biceps) Each one is 25 minute-ish long. Siobhan, I know you use
the blender.....if you are interested, I would be glad to share them in the blender.....let me
know...and I will put them in there....if not, that's perfectly fine, everyone has their own
preferences in their workouts.

Happy Family Day! (at least that's what it is in Canada)

Boy you've already hit it hard this morning. Great job! Today I did a Cathe premix of afterburn, intervals 1-10. I added on 20 minutes of MPL. I needed cardio and a stretch today.

Linda: Thanks for the offer to share! Do you share with everyone on the blender? is that how you share? I used to use the blender a lot when it first came out. I just kind of got away from making my own workouts and I don't know why. I appreciate the offer!

Siobhan, yes, when you share workouts, anyone can pick & choose workouts to put in
their library, so to speak..and once you do, then you can make changes to the workout if you want and it wouldn’t affect my “original“ workout. I have shared quite a few over the years….it takes a little time to get them in the shared section, because you list equipment, etc. I may get them in there soon, if I do, I will let you know….. I may mention on the forum to see if there is any interest….
