Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did my own WB of PUB for chest/tris/bis + Xtrain chest/bis/tris + a mish mosh of low impact cardio from fit splits, ice and xtrain

Have a wonderful holiday everyone. It's snowing outside. More snow. wow! This is a 1970's winter we're having in Toronto.

Hi Ceci and all who follow,

Today I taught one of my easier Sweat with Annette routines , they liked it. It was 60 minutes long.

Then I did 63 minutes on the elliptical machine.

As stated above the class I taught was my Silver and Fit group just used a different workout as a change of pace.
