Today's workout:
Hydrow Circuit Training # 7: Rowing & Bodyweight EMOM - 20 min.
Blender- Perfect Express- 25 min. ( a mix of a little bit of everything from the Perfect 30 Series)

We had a terrible weather day yesterday, it rained ALL Day & night (a little sleet earlier in the day) ...but this AM, it's cold,
but thank goodness, the rain has stopped! I mean I don't think it let up or stopped anytime yesterday ! Not my kind of
day for sure !

Hi ladies,

Today I had bloodwork drawn and my numbers are finally looking better,Yay me!!

I came home and did 45 minutes of 2 Taebos on YouTube wearing my wrist weights. It was a good workout for a hectic day.

Nice workouts ladies, keep up the great work!!

Hi I wanted to update you. I had to postpone today's workout to Saturday. Resting from Saturday's bike workout and errands to deal with.
