Today I slept in since I have no class to teach now.

I came to the gym and did 70 minutes of weight work including machines for back and shoulders, dumbbells for chest, biceps and triceps are the sled for 1 and 2 (45 pound plates) for sprinting up and back, the 3, and 4 doing a backwards strap pull up and back then with 5 plates I walked backwards up and pulled it with the strap facing forward back, then with 6 and 7 I did a regular push forward with arms out straight. It was tough and a struggle but I got it . Then I did floorwork for legs, abs and glutes.
