I started the Aug.2012 rotation today just to get something going, hopefully Cathe posts a new rotation.

I was up with the dog last night. needless to say - short workout this morning. I did 4DS legs.

Good workout Conni! I haven't done that one in a long time.

Good morning ladies - Cathe posted the February rotation and I started it today. Tabatasize! Whew! I did tabata 1,2, & 3 but by that time I was stopping long before the 20 sec were up! That is one tough workout!

Great workouts ladies!

S - whats wrong with the doggie?

Hi gals, I am back, I did 30 min. of Hardcore Kickbox Circuit to ease back into working out again plus I did something to my ankle over the weekend and didn't want to make it worse.
