Hi Everyone,

Today I did a mix of two MPL workouts. It was short but good! Mostly bodyweight moves.

Did anyone buy themselves anything for Christmas from Cathe? I bought the Cathe Calendar (I buy it every year), weighted gloves (2 lbs) to inspire me to do more kickboxing and the small mat. I love that mat. I tried to buy socks but when I tried to buy two pairs the cart kept defaulting to almost $60 Cdn which didn't make sense (before shipping). It should have been under $30 for two pairs Cdn. So, I didn't buy them. I wanted them for my DD's. Oh well.

Great MPL workouts this AM, Siobhan. Funny you should ask about Cathe stuff. Last week I ordered and
have received the 2.5 lb Barbell plate weights, the small step mat & another Pilates ball (green one)

I wanted the weights as add-ons for my barbell and I love them, those hand openings on them are great !
The little mat is glorious, so cushioned, I really love it too. Shipping is crazy, for those 3 things it was
$16.59, ugh, that's hard to swallow ! Yesterday I was going to order another set of the weight plates
which with the discount would have been $15.97, but again the shipping was going to be $16.59 !! I
didn't order, I am not going to pay more for shipping, then the product cost ! That's sad, probably
hurting her sales..... But I like what I already got......Those dip bars, coming in January, look
interesting, but I imagine that shipping will be way out there.....so I already have FitTower (2 actually)
so I doubt I will get the bars....... and Yes, I ordered the calendar too and the new dvds. I have On Demand,
but I like having the physical dvds too.....

Today was KCM BoxFit dvd- Workout # 2-Weight workout, about 30-35 mins. and
YT- Well & Good- Pilates Foam Roller workout- 20 min. I really like this workout, but indeed, there were so
many ads during the workout, and when you are on the floor, on the roller, and it goes to ads, that is very
irritating ! I was just going to sit & wait for the ad(s) to end, but a couple of them were like 3 min. long. I had
to keep getting up & press skip ads and then get back down on the floor.. Ugh ! Do you all experience this
with your YT workouts, especially you, Nora, since you do them most everyday? Alot of time, the ads
are short & sweet and the workout moves on, but on this one, it was like 4 times that ads appeared and
like I said, they were long.........oh well....

Hi ladies,

Today I came to the gym and did Legs and Shoulders plus floorwork for abs, legs and glutes which was 80 minutes.

Hit all but 1 leg machines, then did the shoulder machine plus shoulder press, side laterals, Arnold press, front raise, rear shoulder and shrugged.

Should do the sled, but not feelin' it today.

Nice workouts everyone so far.

Siobhan- How are you doing? Oh, I did look at MPL videos and oh my gosh those look good but I think I need a beginner one.

I don't mind the short ads but the longer ones are a pain. Well done on your Cathe black Friday sales goodies.
