Today I taught the Disco Bodyweight Circuit to my Silver and Fit group which was 14 members for 52 min.
Then I did 52 minutes of weight work, doing all chest work, bench press, cable pull and flies, then floorwork for abs ,legs and glutes.
Epic fail on trying 110 pounds on the barbell even with a spotter. My spotter even failed and let the bar drop on me. Not to bad and hopefully I won't feel it tomorrow. My weak right arm is what gave out and it gave out faster than the spotter thought it would.
I am going to be doing weights every day so one muscle group a day.
