Today's workouts:

CatheLive- "Total Body Circuit" - 46 min.

That's it for me.......this was a longer CatheLive, but one of my favorites, so this will do me for today!
so many fun exercises.......

Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did a mix of Xtrain for legs - standing portion only (it's a light workout) for 26 minutes. I added on a 20 minute leg mobility workout from BB and a 5 minute push up workout. I feel nicely and lightly worked out.

Linda - I will have to check out that workout. I love fun Cathe!
Nicki - so nice to see you working out and checking in - yeah :)

really funny, at times, in this one!
 
Hi ladies,

Today was Jeanette Jenkins Kickboxing-Bootcamp which is 50 minutes long.

I sweat more in this one than I do in others, not sure why other than there are a lot of stabilizing moves.

Nice workouts ladies!!
 
Today I did LMR Functional Lower Body for 52 minutes; LMR Lower Body Disc Bonus for 20 minutes and ending with Step Boss Extended Chair Stretch for 6 minutes.
I love these new LMR workouts and the disc bonuses. AWESOME!!

Siobhan, sounds like a nice workout with a mix of Xtrain for legs - standing portion only for 26 minutes with 20-minute leg mobility workout from BB and a 5-minute push up workout.

Annette, Jeanette Jenkins Kickboxing-Bootcamp which is 50 minutes - I love the Kickboxing workouts and always feel such a total body work out when I finish. They are sweaty for sure!

Hi ladies :)

Sorry no workouts today or tomorrow for me as they will be rest days before I start a new Kaleigh Cohen 90 day rotation Jan 1. So I'll be resting and getting ready for that.
