Good morning everyone,

This morning I did Cathe's Hiit Double Pyramid Wave. This used to be way tougher but I enjoyed it.

I then did a short ab(plank) segment from Suzanne Bowen's Total Body Barre video from vimeo (her christmas gift to everyone).

Hi ladies,

Sorry so late, DH had to get stitches out, etc, and then I had to fly to work, so I am now able to post.

This morning was HR.

Siobhan - You are a beast if Hiit pyramid wave is not hard to you, wow! I am doing that one tomorrow.
 
Hi ladies I did day 3 HIIT Challenge. It was mostly body weight and moved fast 30 sec work 10 sec rest. I warmed up with 2 min of jump rope. My timer fried up towards the end. Got three rounds in.
