Hi Everyone,

It's Moooooooooonday. We have a big general meeting this morning + a xmas lunch. It should be a good day.

This morning I did Delta Fit disc 1 workout 2 (love this guy. he is funny) + Muscle Max Upper Body (sans warm up and triceps - ran outta time).

Carmen - how did studying go?

Conni - I have never tried Christie Taylor. I wish I could dance - or have some rhythym.

DS has his orchestra concert tonight, it is always a nice evening for me.

I decided to do the rotation from Dec. 2011.
Today was Athletic Training.

Hi gals, I was ambitious today so I did the 2nd Circuit Burn workout then did what I thought was only a 23 min. short taebo workout on my new DVD but it turned out to be a 30 min. taebo and I had on my new 2 lb each weighted gloves also. So all in all I burned 1185 calories in just over an hour workout since the Circuit Burn was actually 32 min.:D

I think I was gaining weight because I was trying an estrogen supplement to help me sleep and now that I am not using it I am losing again. I was also itching like crazy right after taking it so I was scratching more at night than I was sleeping. I am now back down 4 pounds so that is good.:cool::D
