STS2- Metabolic Standing Weight Plate Abs- 11 min.
YT-Earth & Owl- 12 min. CrossRope Ropeless & Rebounder workout
Hydrow Circuit Training- 10 min. Whole Body Rowing & Weights EMOM

Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did more C&E for lower body and core. I added on 10 minutes of: https://www.youtube.com/@Movesmethod for mobility/squat/stretching.

Linda - great variety this morning!
Nicki - so frustrating about your leg pain :( I shared the link for the mobility workouts I've been doing. They are short but tough.
