Daily Check in, Monday December 28

OMG... I did RWH Legs today.. I was shocked at my stamina and strength after a few days off and not eating so good.. haha! Felt Great, I felt like doing some good muscle work, this morning! I'm kinda new to these forums.. but not new to Cathe. Can't wait to learn more about you guys!! I'm hoping to try and be consistent with posting in here as a way to stay accountable!

Good morning ladies,

Welcome Dawn. Check in with us! Once I jumped into this check in about 5 years ago (has it been 5 years? what????) my workouts increased. It's pretty much thanks to Conni who works out in some capacity everyday. And I agree, RWH has some killer workouts.

Today I did Barreamped cardio sculpt - suzanne bowen+ TTapp for 30 minutes.

Conni - My new series still hasn't arrived. I am hoping for today or tomorrow.

Today was a gym day...22 minutes on the elliptical and then 40 minutes of weight work.
