OMG... I did RWH Legs today.. I was shocked at my stamina and strength after a few days off and not eating so good.. haha! Felt Great, I felt like doing some good muscle work, this morning! I'm kinda new to these forums.. but not new to Cathe. Can't wait to learn more about you guys!! I'm hoping to try and be consistent with posting in here as a way to stay accountable!
