Hi Siobhan,

Have a nice break. My workouts will be sporadic due to hubby being home.

Today I managed a 63 minute weight workout with lots of chest work flat, inclines and 1 set of decline that I almost couldn't get up from, LOL!

Some biceps, triceps, shoulder and back along with floorwork for abs, legs and glutes. And a nice stretch.
