Hi all,
Today I had 12 members for my Silver and Fit class, we did one of my faster pace but shorter workout. 52 minutes of
one lady asking me what did I have for breakfast routine, LOL!
Then I did 40 minutes of weight work, barbell, dumbbells, back and shoulder machines, and floorwork for abs and legs. No sled today.
