Good Morning ladies..........

Today's workouts:

Blender- " STS2 Total Body: A Different Approach" - 28 min
IFit- Bicep Finisher - 5 min.
Hydrow Circuit Training- 20 min. Rowing & Targeted Upper & Lower Body weights Circuit

I'll be honest, I didn't give it my all, but I needed to start doing something...so stiff & sore........

Yeah!!! I'm so happy to see you starting us of this morning Linda. And, you got in a workout! Congratulations on doing a good long workout this morning :).

Today I did more Boho Beautiful pilates for 47 minutes. It was tough. Geesh. My toe still hasn't fully healed from that slips weeks back so I am talking a few days off from wearing running shoes while working out.

I hope you all get in your workouts today.

Hi Siobhan, It's wasn't easy this morning. just kind of "halfway" doing it.....but I pushed thru'.....

Great job this AM with Boho Beautiful pilates -47 minutes. I'm not a big pilates person, but like some
workouts. I prefer standing pilates more than on the floor.

Linda, good you did something even though it wasn't your "all in". Little by little.

Siobhan, Boho Beautiful Pilates for 47 minutes - that's great! Have you tried the new Cathe Pilates yet? The FOR-SALE sign went up in my yard this morning!

My leg is still not getting any better. I am having X-rays done this week and hopefully, I will have some kind of answer as to what's causing this. It is painful and I have trouble sleeping at night and it's really restricting what I can do.
I'm going to try the new Functional Mobility this afternoon and possibly the bonus leg roll that's on the Functional Pilates workout. We'll see how it goes.

I did Active Recovery + Total Body Stretch. My first exercise in 8 days. It was perfect as a flu recovery workout. Anything else would've been too much. Darn stubborn flu bug...........

Siobhan, nice workout, sorry about your toe. Did you tape it to the other toe?

Today was 12 minutes of a Boxing workout on YouTube with very little instruction so I stopped when the footwork got too complicated to follow with no breakdown. Sigh.

Then I put in Billy's Taebo Get Amped 32 minute workout. I had on my wrist weights since I have no Amp Bar. It was good.

Now I need to decorate for Christmas.

Annette- Good job on your YT-Boxing workout= 12 Min It was a good choice to move on once the foot work got complicated. Then moved on to Billy's Taebo Get Amped 32 minute workout. I had on my wrist weights. Love Tae bo. Not to worry on the amped bar, one of mine broke now afraid to use the one. I just substitute weighted gloves, 1 1b egg weights or two pound db's in each hand.

Excellent workout today, enjoy your Christmas decorating;)

I was going to try to do the foam roller and new mobility workout, but my legs said, "No Way, girl".
