Annette- Good job on your YT-Boxing workout= 12 Min It was a good choice to move on once the foot work got complicated. Then moved on to Billy's Taebo Get Amped 32 minute workout. I had on my wrist weights. Love Tae bo. Not to worry on the amped bar, one of mine broke now afraid to use the one. I just substitute weighted gloves, 1 1b egg weights or two pound db's in each hand.
