Siobhan- Thanks for your kind words. I'm still being careful of hams & glutes and decided to skip that part of my workout as listed below, just being cautious. Great job on today's workout with:
Caroline G Iron series for legs today = 30 min appr
BB Pilates= 10 minutes
Plus adding on your own stretch, which I'm sure felt great after that.

Rockout Knockout which is 55 minutes. Sorry, this was frustrating for you. I think I've done the entire thing once when it first came out. I think I felt like you did. Since then, I always choose a premix and I enjoy those more. So, Maybe try a premix see if you like that better. I agree with you a modifier be nice. Either way WTG & high fives!! You are amazing all 55 Min of Rockout Knockout, Bravo! Have a wonderful evening
