LM&R-Functional Barre Fusion dvd mix- 22 min.
Hydrow Circuit Training- 20 min. Rowing & Upper Body Weights AMRAP

Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did a mix of Caroline G Iron series for legs today - about 30 minutes. I added on 10 minutes of BB pilates (that was tough). I will do my own stretch now.

Linda - you are up and at 'em early today! Nice mix this morning.
Nora - I'm sorry you hurt yourself bending over. I hope all is ok today!
Deanna - Facts!!! It's so busy right now e.g. baking, shopping, wrapping, meal planning etc. + regular life

Hi ladies,

Today was Rockout Knockout which is 55 minutes long. I find this one frustrating and challenging at the same time. I do like it and the break in the middle where you use your gloves is very much needed, as at that point I am frustrating that the camera person isn't staying with Cathe and I have messed up which side, sigh.

So anyway, my workout is done. Nice workouts so far ladies!!

We got some snow yesterday afternoon, pretty much gone now but it was pretty.

Nice Caroline G 30 min. Leg workout this AM Siobhan plus 10 min of BB Pilates…

Annette, great 55 min. Rockout Knockout for you as well. Sometimes you can love &
be frustrated with a workout at the same time. We had a skiff of snow yesterday AM,
not on grass, but like on sidewalk, car, deck. Didn’t stay around long either.

Siobhan- Thanks for your kind words. I'm still being careful of hams & glutes and decided to skip that part of my workout as listed below, just being cautious. Great job on today's workout with:

Caroline G Iron series for legs today = 30 min appr
BB Pilates= 10 minutes
Plus adding on your own stretch, which I'm sure felt great after that.

Rockout Knockout which is 55 minutes. Sorry, this was frustrating for you. I think I've done the entire thing once when it first came out. I think I felt like you did. Since then, I always choose a premix and I enjoy those more. So, Maybe try a premix see if you like that better. I agree with you a modifier be nice. Either way WTG & high fives!! You are amazing all 55 Min of Rockout Knockout, Bravo! Have a wonderful evening;)

Ripped w/HiiT: HiiT Circuit Upper Body - Premix #4 Timesaver #1= 34 Min
YT- Kaleigh Cohen Cardio - Team Sprint = 20 + 6 Min= 26 Min

Nora, I am liking the new workouts.....there is such variety in these, and somewhat different from things we
aren't used to doing...at least for me........there are exercises, etc. that I doubt that I will do, especially in the
yoga ones, but overall, I am glad I got them............

Great job with RWH -Hiit Circuit UB premix #4-34 min. & Kaleigh's Cardio-Team Sprint for 26 min. Sounds
like a winner to me!
 
I'm a day late posting. After a weekend of no workouts, Gloved Up & Sweaty was my workout with my 1 lb gloves. I totally enjoy this one every time I do it! I also added on the LM&R Core Bonus.
