Hi ladies,

Where is everyone?

Today I did a new workout I found online.

It was a full body weight workout:

Barbell Bench press

4 reps at 55 pounds for 5 sets

DUMBBELL ROW

8 reps at 20 pounds for 3 sets

Barbell Curl

10 reps at 20 pounds for 3 sets

Close Grip Bench press

12 reps at 45 pounds for 2 sets

Dumbbell Rear Delt Raise

12 reps at 5 (w/o side 10 pounds but I couldn't do 10) pounds for 3 sets

Bicycle Crunch

10 reps for 5 sets

Plus I added things since it was really short I length. There are 3 workouts so I added in from the others different exercises

So Cable Lat Pulldown

1 set of 12 for 55 pounds, 70 pounds and 85 pounds

Barbell Incline Bench

6 reps at 45 pounds for 3 sets

Then Incline leg press machine with 1, 45 pound dumbbell on each side for 3 sets of 10 and 2 sets of a calf exercise on the same machine and weight.

Forgot wrist curls, and Incline bicep dumbell curls 1 set each of regular curls, hammer and hammer with a twist I think they were sets of 10. And I did reverse grip bicep curls with 9 pound dumbbells. I think that is it now.

Finished with some tricep work and shoulder press plus floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with a stretch. This ended up being 76 minutes long.

Nice workout Annette! Sorry about being missing in action, I had no phone, internet.. since yesterday morning
to just now! So no workout today either! Hopefully tomorrow I will be back on track!
