Today I did a mix of Cathe's latest lower body workout (just the weighted portion) + McFit Method back/interval workout.

Yes it is!

We got some snow today but more is expected on Wednesday.

Today I put in one of my new disco music cds, then after coming up with a fast paced kickboxing routine 2 nights ago I tried it. Man, I nailed it. It worked so well, 2 songs were weights but I did body weight exercises. Came up on the spot with a 2nd segment, then went back to the 1st section for the last songs. This was 55 minutes long.

Then I put in my newest Aqua Collection #4 cd and worked through it and it was an hour with 2-3 songs in the middle of weights. I might change the weight songs on that one.

Might pull out the bench or might not, my shoulder blade is hurting. Might do a long weight workout tomorrow when hubby is at the office.
