Hi Siobhan,
Today is my youngest's 25th birthday! Hard to believe that he is 25. Wow!!
Today I had 7 for the fast paced Silver and Fit routine for 52 minutes.
Then I did 60 minutes of weight work including barbell, dumbbells, back machine, the sled ( 2 up and backs for 1 plate, 2, and 3, then 1 up and back with 4 plates), then floorwork for legs, abs and glutes.
I am beat.
Nice workout for you Siobhan, sometimes redoing an older workout makes it feel brand new.
