IFit- 12 Days of Christmas Treadmill Bootcamp - 34 min.

Hi ladies,

Today I finally get my implant bridge, after 6 plus months with missing teeth it will be heaven to have them back again!!

So I stayed home and did an old Boot Camp Elite Fat Blasting Cardio Taebo off YouTube. I had on my wrist weights and it was 45 minutes long.

YT- Movement Paralells Life- EVERYDAY MOBILITY: 15-minute Mobility Flow Warm Up / Movement Snack= 15 Min

YT- Kaleigh Cohen Fitness- Copy of REVIVE WEEK 4 LIVE | 60 min Indoor Cycling Class= 60 Min
KCM 30MTF- Power Splits- Upper Body = 32 Min
KCM 30MTF- Power Splits- Premix- Finisher (Boxing) = 11 Min

I won't be working out Tuesday (tomorrow) and Wednesday- (so no check in either of those days) need to tackle a really big chore.

Hi Everyone,

I worked out yesterday but forgot to check in. I did 45 minutes of a total body MPL workout. It was challenging! I just couldn't finish the 5 minute challenger at the end. Great workouts friends!
