Good morning friends,
Today we wakened to a big dumping of snow. yeah! love the snow.
I managed another short december workout of RWH/Cross Fire cardio segments + EDT biceps/shoulders from RWH. I added on 4DS kickboxing segments (10 minutes) + Fitby Amy KB workout for abs. It was a 45 minute workout in total.
