Today I had 6 members for my Silver and Fit class that we did my intro to cardio kickboxing routine with weights for 60 min.

Then I did an hour of weights including back and shoulder machines, dumbbells for chest, biceps and triceps, and the sled for legs and extra cardio.

It snowed here.

Oh and the only male in class left after about 40 minutes because I made him sweat! How dare I!!
