Conni, I'm glad you had fun! TSO is Transiberian Orchestra? I didn't see yesterday's check in so I don't know.
I did Step Moves yesterday. I don't know if you saw my FB review. I loved it! Yes, It will take some work - very reminiscent of RS that way. I've got the first of the 3 combos down, after going over it several times. The other 2 will come with time. I really need to preview the DVD's before I try them. I'm doing ME today and will preview one of the other new ones - maybe athletic step.
Is anyone snowed in? There isn't any school here - the roads are icy. We got about 18 in over the weekend. I'm happy that I had the day off anyway!

Connie if you saw Transiberian Orchestra , I'm jealous !!!!!!!!!!! We saw Mannheim Steamroller a few years back and LOVED it ! Still want to see TSO !!

Phyllis, I canNOT wait.......that sounds so good. I will try to make myself -preview . I never do and always wish I had ! ; )
I did No More TroubleZone with Jillian Michaels for the first time today. Really liked it. It wasn't very intense but I did up the weights and got a pretty good workout.
So much to do this week !

Well, I got a call from the doctor today and my xray shows bone spurs on my neck vertebrae between C3-4 and 6-7. I have to see a neurosurgeon now to see how to treat them. Pray for wisdom from the doctor as to how to proceed.
I did Hardcore Kickbox Circuit workout for my workout today. So far I am doing well pain wise which is good.

I am glad that the doctor found the problem, because with all the meds you are on it had to be something more than previously thought. I am sure they will have some good options for you .
Becky - I almost did that same Jillian workout today. I felt the same way you did about it.
Phyllis - Yes, TSO is Transsiberian. They were really incredible musicians. I did see your FB review, and other then the Travel workout and the circuit stuff, this is the one step that would tempt me.

Hi Everybody. I just finished KPC premix #1. I'm surprised I had the energy to get thru it because I kept trying to talk myself out of working out today. I'm glad I didnt listen to myself

Hi All!
Late check-in for me. This morning's workout was supposed to be a mish-mosh of cardio premixes involving three different workouts. I didn't sleep well last night and I knew I didn't have the concentration to pull that off, so I hopped on the treadmill for a run
