Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did.......... Lisa's recommendation - metabolic mash up. That was a bit tough for me at times. wow. Thanks for the rec, Lisa. I seldom do metabolic workouts so I appreciate the idea.

Hi all!

Ceci every since my shoulder starting acting up I had to switch up how I lift. I was doing splits for close to 15 years with different programs and I think my body just had it with that type of training. It took me a while to get used to the metabolic workouts but now I love them. I am glad you enjoyed it.

Today was Tabatacise plus stability ball Abs.

Hi ladies,

Today is a rough day, I overslept and happen to wake up an hour before my class. Rushed around and got to class with about 7 minutes to spare. I did my Silver and Fit workout 3 which was an hour to 16 members.

Then I volunteered to teach the next class since the instructor had a family emergency. So I did my WCW 1 workout for 55 minutes to 11 ladies. My shoulder/arm is shot!!!

So I am officially beat!!

Been sitting here at the gym just relaxing before I leave.
