Hi Everyone,

Today I did a mix of Caroline G's back and biceps and added on 10 minutes of MPL.

And I am back working from home for the next 4 weeks. Yeah! I hope to retire by the end of September or thereabouts so I can work full-time in my business. We shall see....

PoohPeggy - I often have shallowish moves when working the lower body else I'd never finish the workout!

Hi ladies ,

Today I ended up doing 40 minutes of my own calisthenics/kickboxing/circuit which included floorwork for abs, legs and glutes. Then I did a 22 minute Taebo Sculpt workout off of YouTube. I was only using 3's and 5's in my own workout and just wrist weights in the Taebo one, but I will feel it later.

So at least I got something done and it feels like I got a workout in.
