Yesterday Morning: S&H Triceps

Late Yesterday afternoon: PLB (Standing leg work and floor work) followed by Stretch Max#3

In between was cleanmax, errandmax and workmax

Tonight on schedule is GymStyle biceps plus abs

Hi Cathy and everyone else who follows.

Well, the stability ball ex's never happened yesterday. I was out and about all day long and by the time I got home last night I was beat so I will add them on to today's work out.

I have a feeling that means that the ball ex's will be done twice }( because today calls for PLB plus 30 minutes Basic Step.

I am up very early this morning b/c Joey started fussing for a bit at about 5:45am. As I was getting up to check on him he quieted down. I still went up to check him and he was quietly sucking on his thumb, eyes still closed, but I decided not to go back to sleep. I'm going to try to get my work out in before the little guy even gets up this morning. Wish me luck that I don't drop a weight on my head! :eek: :p }(
 
Hiya Cathy & fitmom! Looks like the babies are up early this morning :)

I think I'm taking it easy this week. My inlaws are coming in from MI (we're in NY) & I will be busy with them. Sometimes a little break is a good thing, especially since I'm sore from the gym yesterday.

Oh, and chasing toddlers has to count for something...LOL!

Good Day Check in Readers

For the third week now, I will continue with my one UB part per day, a loose interpretation of free style legs*, 4-5 intense cardios*, 3 abs.

*I have enjoyed the challenge of doing at least one or two circuit style WO using cardio and LB segments. I will do this today and maybe one other day this week for my LB and cardio work combined. It is time efficient, and keeps my HR elevated for a longer period of time.


Cathy- Your Sunday was very busy, I hope you found time for some R& R.

Wendy- Joey settling himself down helps out doesn't it? I hope you like the early WO time!

Debbie- Enjy your "little break' and your in laws.

Good morning, ladies! I'm up earlier than usual this morning, also. Couldn't sleep. I did Imax 3 for the first time all the way through so I'm pretty proud of myself. I will do a segment of Coremax tonight.

Terri - I purged my kitchen cabinets and pantry like crazy yesterday! It feels so great to have everything cleaned out!

Good morning ladies,

Tried to get GS in all weekend and did not succeed. I feel so bad. Did not exercise Fri,sat, or sun. So I am hoping ot get in in today. I think I was feeling bad emotionally and physically,but today is a new day! I am thinking of doing PS instead GS.

Good Morning Fitness Friends!

I am home from Hilton Head and ready to work out! We did walk on the beach every morning & again (more of a stroll) everynight, in addition to walking all over in place of using the car because everything is so close. We walked to shopping centers, to resteraunts and all over. Also played in the ocean for hours at a time with my daughter and a boogie board. So I got some exercise, and had a great restful time too, but now I am ready to get back to Cathe!:)
Hubby is off one more day, so my workout will be fit in later in the day, but I've decided on trying PowerHour today. It's brand new for me, it arrived while I was gone.
I did 10-10-10 yesterday and thought it was a lot of fun....the CTX dvd also came while I was gone, so I'm very excited to try all my new workouts.
It rained overnight and is cloudy and gloomy in Ohio. Please, if you are in South Carolina, SEND ME SOME OF THAT SUN!!!!

Good morning everyone!

Ok, I just completed Day 3 of the August rotation: SJP, but I modified and did a premix, so I did All Step & Weight circuit. That was pretty nice. Tonight when I come home I will do the KickMax leg drills, so far so good. :7

Yesterday was Shoulder and Bicep work from Legs and Shoulders, Super Sets and Tri's and Bi's.

Today will be Tri's and Bi's (Tri's only), Chest and Back, 6 sets of pull downs using Smith Machine and Core Max 1 and 2.

Yesterday was a 30 minute run and segment 1 of Coremax.

Today will be Imax 3 and segment 3 of Coremax:)

Today is the first official day of my vacation and now it FEELS like I'm off. HURRAY! Sophie has swimming lessons at 9 this morning, then I'm not sure what we'll do in the afternoon today. It's going to be stinky hot and humid here.

I'm back and my work out is done. I didn't realize the stability ball section I had to make up was abs! I'm such a dork! :p I skipped the plank section...it was a joke to watch me even TRY to get into that position! HA HA! Anyway...it's all done...it took over an hour and a half to get it all in but now I'm back on track and I feel great about it!:)

When I was doing PLB this morning I was noticing how light my weights were feeling on every exercise! Time to kick it up a notch next time around! I'm very excited about this! :7 The stability ball segment of PLB, however, is another story! OUCH and talk about some impossible moves!}(

Well, I'm back from Georgia- was there all weekend, so didnt get my planned workout in for yesterday. Will do S&H Shoulders and PLB floor to make up for yesterday. Didnt get back til 1:00am this morning-

Morning ladies. This morning was IMAX 2 followed by SJP abs. I just love that ab section.
I was a little bad last night, but not enough that I feel guilty. DH and I got a thin crust cheese pizza and I ate about 1/4 of it and I had one Beck's Light Beer (65 cal.) I stopped myself after that which is a HUGE thing for me because usually once I let myself eat one thing "bad" I go on a total binge for the rest of the night. I didn't even touch the "no sugar added, no fat" ice cream that is in my freezer. So, I feel pretty good.

Morning Everyone,

Today will be Imax3 and 20 Terminators from the Aug05 rotation. I will only be doing 5 days of the rotation, so this will take me all the way to the end of the month. I just can't work out on the weekends with the Ren Faire. When we get home it's lights out for me.:)

Good morning!

The Fat Loss Rotation called for IMAX3 this morning, but I like to keep things changed up a bit. So I did IMAX2 as a substitution. I like that workout because I can actually DO all the intervals. ;)

Good morning,

This morning I did SJP step only, and Leaner Legs (no abs). I had *zero* desire to workout this morning (I mean, Meaner Legs was on the agenda!) and almost gave into the temptation to crawl back into bed, but my very well-established morning routine ensured that I somehow found myself laced up and ready to go. So I did it. And I'm glad I did it. 'Cause it's done!

Becky - oooooooooh, you got some great new workouts! Have fun trying them all!

Wendy - glad to hear that you need to up your weights. That's great progress! I find the stability ball section in PLB to be downright sadistic, especially those froggie roll-ins :p

Katie - good work on your restraint last night. Did you make it through the weekend with your healthy eating plan?
