Hydrow Circuit Training #62 - 10 min. Rowing & Upper Body/Core EMOM
IFit- Skier workout- "Reindalen Creek, Norway" - 19 min.

Hi Linda - nice long workout today and, with scenery from Norway!

Today I did a 41 minute Olivia Lawson cardio with weights workout. It was tough and I am drenched. I really liked it. Now, to stretch.

I'm feeling under the weather today and did not sleep well. I will try to what I can today if I can not workout I will post an update.

ICE- Chiseled Upper Body= 43 Min
YT- Kaleigh Cohen Cycling- HIIT Circuit Waves - 60 minute Indoor Cycling Class= 56 Min
YT- Kaleigh Cohen Fitness- Do This After Every Cycling Workout = 12 Min

Hi ladies,

Today I stayed home and in my 80°F house, I did one of the FIIT TECHNOLOGY Taebo like workouts which was 50 minutes. I am drenched. I took pictures of myself in a smaller top and my small spandex and I see a difference. Wish I could post it. May try to post it using the computer instead of my phone.
