Hydrow Circuit Training #62 - 10 min. Rowing & Upper Body/Core EMOM
IFit- Skier workout- "Reindalen Creek, Norway" - 19 min.
So cool skiing in Norway this morning, love those passport workouts. High fives and WTG!!
